4 Data concerning domicile, telephone number, email address and any additional information shall be communicated to the courier chosen for the shipment in order to facilitate delivery. If the purchaser does not wish to share his or her telephone number, he or she must communicate this by e-mail before the shipment is prepared.

Data processing is carried out by the person in charge, if any, and by the persons appointed in advance in accordance with articles 29 and 30, who operate under the control and responsibility of the Data Controller.
